Edge Hockey High Perfomance is a hockey specific training facility for youth, competitive and adult hockey players. We offer on and off-ice training which includes but not limited to skating technique with our skating treadmill and synthetic ice surfaces. We also offer speed, strength and agility training as well as stick handling and shooting in our state of the art facility. Single memeberships, family memberships as well as small group and team training sessions are available.
